When It Ships or is Delivered
Every piece is made to order unless otherwise noted. Please allow the lead time stated on your order for your bag to be cut, sewn, and finished before it is ready for fulfillment. For orders being shipped, we’ll email you tracking information once your order leaves the studio. For Tri-Cities Local Delivery, I’ll contact you once your order is ready to coordinate your delivery window. Local deliveries are generally made on Wednesdays.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Tri-Cities Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for select Tri-Cities ZIP codes. If your shipping address is eligible, Tri-Cities Local Delivery will automatically appear as an option at checkout. If the option does not appear, your address is outside the current local delivery area and standard shipping will be available instead. Once your order is ready, I’ll contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order to coordinate your delivery window. Please make sure your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Local delivery does not include customer pickup from the Indigo Arden studio or residence. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may change due to weather, road conditions, scheduling, or other circumstances affecting safe delivery. If you will not be available to receive your order, please let me know in advance. Orders will only be left unattended when specifically authorized by you. Once an order has been delivered to the approved address or location, including an unattended delivery you requested, the order will be considered delivered.
